Mr. Xu ChengXu Cheng, one of the earliest Chinese foreign exchange traders, graduated from a renowned domestic university. He studied in the Industrial Commercial Management College of Ryerson University and worked as professional investor. In 1997, he worked in Gaoming Foreign Exchange Company as a foreign exchange trader. It was not a long time later that he became the student of a famous international investor as well as the proposer of Williams %R – Mr. Larry Williams, which benefited him in the systematic study of the trading skills of foreign exchange, gold, stocks and commodity futures & options, and he translated Williams’s best seller, the Secrets of Short-term Trading during this period. In 2001, Mr. Xu acquired the Qualifications for Canada Futures Investment. In the period from 1998 to 2005, he has obtained good results in five sessions of the World Foreign Exchange Competition. In 2001, at the invitation of Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission, he attended the International Symposium of Stock Index and Futures as the special guest in Shanghai. In 2007, the trading program based on Mr. Xu’s trade concept ranked the fifth place in the Foreign Exchange EA Olympics Game hosted by one US Company, and its programmer had been working in this company thereafter. Since 2008, Mr. Xu has lectured for the postgraduates in one domestic university. In 2011, he attended the “Money Show” (the financial exhibition held in Shanghai) as a special guest. During this exhibition, he interpreted for Mr. Bollinger, who is reputed as the international investor. Mr. Xu gave many lectures about foreign exchange trade for the internal employees of Bank of Communications Bank, ICBC. In addition, he has written for Stock Star and Money Weekly for four years, during which he also acted as the guest host for the some financial TV programs of Shanghai and Wuhan local financial channels. In 2009, he obtained the qualifications of China Senior Gold Analyst.
Currently, Mr. Xu is the guest professor of the Advanced Financial College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and he specifically gives lectures relevant to the international hedge funds. He also developed a complete set of trading method as “opening, developing, changing and concluding” and it proves to be of great use in the application.
