Metaldyne（Suzhou）Automotive Components Co., Ltd is an American corporation, total investment of 25,000,000 USD, mainly producing the 
collective modular, base key parts, vibrancy absorber, engine for car disk brake system, and design, research, produce 
and sale the automatic gear box, engine emission control device (WT, EGR) parts.

The project takes up an area of 26,001m2, building area is 9,000m2, composed of single layer steel structure factory 
and two storey concrete structure office building. It is a tailored plant, which means design and construction the 
building to owner's special requirement, the invested items include earth, factory, substation, lighting, air compressor, 
air conditioner, waste water treatment and so on, the lease period is 10 years. It is Fountain's second BOT project.
