Jiaxing Burlington Textile Co., Ltd (JBT) is a wholly-owned subsidiary in China by one of the world's top 500 company - ITG Group. Phase 1 has a total investment of 22,500,000 USD, takes up 60 acres, all the factories and office buildings are internationally standardized. The company owns the world's most advanced texture dying technology and equipment, possesses the most sophisticated production equipment and laboratory apparatus. Burlington takes in highly efficient management system and devotes to providing the customers with the best mattress, decoration cloth and clothes texture and related dying and aftersale service. It is expected to produce 19,000,000 yards of different kinds of mattress, cloth and texture.

Fountain is entrusted with the new factory construction, the project takes up 17,000 m2, locates in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. The whole facotory is steel structure building and is scheduled to start production by the end of 2006.
