On March 15, 2009, the opening ceremony of Fairland Garden was held on site. Leaders from the Design Institute, construction company and Jianli company were invited to the ceremony. At 10:00 in the morning, the opening ceremony was on the way amongst a merry atmosphere. The Chairman, Mr. Tao Zipeng, gave a passionate speech, and then all the relevant leaders broke the ground for the project.
