On March 25,2012,a grand housing-seeing activity by Chinese housing association was held successfully.The number of attendees reached to 80,including collector association members and agent alliance .Three parts consists of the activity.They are "model houses appreciation","painting and calligraphy ","lectures themed by wind up water flow,harmony and nature"

     Villas leads back to nature;model houses demonstrate the atmosphere of the unity between human and heaven.

After listening to the vivid description ,we come to the villas area,which embodies Chinese garden technique "scene changing at every step","containing emotion in view".Thanks to the surrounding green mountains and rivers ,it can be boasted as heaven on earth for hermits .Here they can realise "picking asters near the eastern fence, carefreely  see nanshan".Steping into the model house ,you are embraced by a whole new world where three differently sized gardens connect together ,creating mutual reflect.The courtyard of built-up houses fully demonstrtes Chinese building concept of "the unity of human and heaven".The beautiful sight stirrs calligraphists to express their emotion on paper.Great scene moves everyone.Famous calligraphists from Shanghai were overwhelmed with poetic emtions.Thus they discribe their various moods with the help of words.Such beautifull words as "integrty forever" were used to prize Fountain real estate;"still water run deep "to describe the Fairland Garden.Li Qun ,one famous Fengshui Master gave a lecture themed " wind up water flow,harmony and nature".He also explained the unique of Fengshui,especially that of the Fairland Garden.His lecture won lots of applause,making the the peak of the activity.

     By the end of the activity,collector association members and agent alliance took pictures together and expressed their wish that this kind of activity should be held more to promote exchange between different fields.
