4.Able to plan carefully before commencement and organize the construction equipment, tools and materials, and construction management planning;

2.Over 3 years' experience with civil or industrial building electricity design, familiar with national and local design and construction code and standard, able to complete the design alone;
3.Proficient in CAD, TElec design sofetware, etc. Also in building electricity design, familiar with work functions of HV/LV distribution, lighting power distribution and motor-driven distribution;
4.Have good communicative and negotiation skills, hardworking, strong logic and show great professional ethics.
1.Male, age 30-45, college degree or above, major in civil engineering and architecture;
2.More than 3 years' experience with large industrial plant project management, familiar with construction management regulations, process, shop drawings, have managed totall not less than 2 projects;
3.Able to work out construction plan alone, budge the drawings, analyse and summarize calculated document, draw up time schedule, etc;
4.Have good vocational morality, strong organizing skills and sense of team work;
5.Able to follow up and supervise materials, progress, cost, safety, quality and work acceptance on site and coordinate all work and personnel;
6.Have second-class or above PM qualification certificate or construction engineer certificate, able to work outside the city.
