About the Project

Fairyland Garden is a pure villa project developed by Fountain Real Estate, located at the cross joint of Yushan North Rd and South Rd, close to National AAAA rank scenery spot — Yu Shan Mountain. Fairyland Garden takes up 205 acres with a total building area of 15,000m2. It is one of the largest pure villa blocks in Changshu City. The style combines the classic and modern Chinese architectural features, the environment is very pleasant to eyes. It owns large landscape scenery of 60,000m2, integrating Yushan scenery spot. At the entrance, there is a huge rock engraved "Fairyland Garden", a sea of bamboo along the side, extended inside the block and connecting with the central area. A walk in the Garden and you will find attractions through time, Shi Mei Garden, Dragon Falling Gully, Stone Cave, Youngberry Garden, etc. The historic heritage as well as the nature’s masterpiece decorate each of the villas as a living garden. And with a strong and solid service system and completed utility rooms, no one can resist the comfortable yet fascinating life in this earthly heaven.

The block has private club of around 3,300m2, furnished with indoor swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant, laundry, poker room, gym and so on, making it possible for owners to enjoy themselves without going out. There is also sunny grassland and gym square in the south, too.

The villa's biggest feature is the triple courtyard, large courtyard, medium size courtyard, side courtyard and big gazebo makes interior garden view. Those villa style is created based on client's requirement of phase 1, it also borrows the combination form of the western "neighbourhood unit" that connects single villa together to not only guarantee the privacy but helps neighbourhood communication as well.
