Fairyland Garden is a villa project invested and developed by Suzhou Fountain Construction Development Co., Ltd, locating at the crossjoint of South and North Yushan Road.
The Project takes up 205 acres, total building area is 150,000m2, it is the largest pure villa block in Changshu. The architecture style is a modern Chinese style which is rarely seen in the real estate market. It owns 380 or so villas, developed in 3 phases, the 1st phase of 50,000m2 has finished and delivered to owners in August, 2010, 2nd phase will be completed in May, 2012. Our property management company set in its early management in December, 2008.

MTU Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd locates at No.9, Longyun Rd, SIP, Suzhou, it is a famous German company mainly producing high power engine for ships. Property service covers 21,000m2, constructed by Suzhou Fountain Construction Development Co., Ltd in 2004. MTU has many advanced equipment and strict managing method, it is one of the medium size enterprises in SIP.
Service include: HV/LV distribution, fire fighting equipment management, cleaning, equipment maintenance, landscape protection, etc.

Getinge (Suzhou) Co., Ltd (Factory)
Getinge (Suzhou) Co., Ltd locates at No.158, Fangzhou Rd, SIP, Suzhou, it is a Swiss-invested enterprises, focusing on production of disinfection pressure vessel for hospitals. Property managing area covers 30,000m2, Fountain Property took over the project in July, 2008 and delivered high standard property service and received high praise from the client.

Kuttler Automotive (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd locates in East Taihu Rd, Wuzhong District, Suzhou, constructed by Suzhou Fountain Construction Development Co., Ltd, completed in August, 2011, total area is 110,000m2. At present, Fountain Property is in charge of the security service, and will take over the property management in September.
