Fountain Property is founded in 2006, registered capital is 3,000,000 RMB (including the two branches); possesses 3rd class property management certificate; based on modernized management concept, programmed management style, normalized standard, webified organization, and automated management manner, the company slowly established an all-round and standard property management system.
Alongside managerial personnel import, the company set up and execute a long-term training programme to enable managerial personnel and staff to fully master and efficiently apply the internationalized service skills, to escalate their personal quality, which nurtures a group of excellent managerial staff and technicians and they become a strong force for the company's development. The managerial personnel all holds the work licence for China's property managers and all staff in special work types holds work licence, too. The Company regards ISO 2008 and ISO 14000 as standard and requests all key managerial personnel have NQA ISO 2008 and ISO 14000 quality auditor certificate, or work experience in starred hotel management department and Service title.
