Water Supply and Drainage Equipment Management
1.Set up management team to manage and maintain the indoor/outdoor water equipment and facility operation.
2.Set up supply/drainage management and maintenance system.
3.Set up technical document, especially collect hidden and underground project and pipeline drawing.
4.Prepare necessary tools and safety protection device and corresponding spares.
5.Make supply plan, ensure water pressure and quality. For stop or limitation of water supply, residents need to be informed beforehand.
6.Establish emergency measures for typhoon, storm and large area water running, clear the drainage pipes before rainy season.
7.Save water and prevent running or leaking, assist residents arrange water consumption.
8.Measure the cleaning water and irrigation water and provide basis for management fee.
9.Regularly clean water tank and water pool, prevent second contamination.
